Labor economist webinar: 100 years of Idaho employment

This webinar will compare and contrast the external factors that shaped Idaho’s employment in the 1920s and over the most recent decade. It will specifically highlight topics surrounding environmental discussions, women’s professional roles and technological shifts that have changed the nature of work in significant ways. Idaho State Historical Society State Historian HannaLore Hein will join Labor Economist Lisa Grigg to dive into the transformative trends of these two eras – 100 years apart – and how they continue to guide Idaho’s economic path.
