  • Job posting comparability between 2024 and 2025 is significantly affected by a change in internal processes implemented by Lightcast during 2025. Total regional job postings in December held fairly steady compared to November. New postings over the month increased for Public Administration and Finance and Manufacturing. This was offset by fewer new listings posted within Retail and Education.
