• The days a job is being posted before being filled, has decreased by four days from October 2024 to October 2025. Substantial decreases in the time it takes for a job to be filled shows employees are quick to take job offers and the labor market seems to be weakening.

• Hardest to fill occupations in south central Idaho this month are a mix of medical and specialized maintenance occupations.

• Pipeline Plastics has opened their new advanced HDPE pipe manufacturing plant in Rupert. The newly opened facility is expecting to provide 50 jobs. Source: Magic Valley Times-News

• Breeze Airways will begin offering direct flights from Twin Falls to Las Vegas and Orange County beginning on March 6, 2026. Flights will be scheduled for Mondays and Fridays. Source: KMVT

• Intermountain Health Cassia Regional Hospital has completed its new facility in Burley. The facility has consolidated all services into one building with over 50 patient rooms, along with an additional ambulance bay. Source: KMVT
